On 28th November 2024, Ecoglo met with the Engineering, HSE & Procurement Department from HRD (S) Pte Ltd.

Being our repeat customer, the purpose of the meeting was to introduce photoluminescent technology, Ecoglo’s patented High Temperature Curing manufacturing process, 30 year product warranty and to have Ecoglo products specified as a photoluminescent requirement for their sister companies and other business units.

Meeting cum Product Presentation with MGI Maibarara Geothermal Inc.

Having visited our booth at the recently concluded 72nd PSME 2024 Naton, on 30th October 2024 Engr. Maria Apple S. Montecillo Contracts Engineer from MGI Maibarara Geothermal Inc invited us for a meeting cum product presentation to share our product information and technology with her team, and to better understand their existing requirements. The presentation was attended by personnel from the Safety, Operations and Contracts department.

The purpose of the meeting was to introduce photoluminescent technology, Ecoglo’s patented High Temperature Curing manufacturing process, 30 year product warranty and to have Ecoglo products specified as a photoluminescent requirement for their Geothermal plants

We also discussed and explored the possibility of working together in proposing our photoluminescent safety products, assisting and ensuring that they comply with their future HSE ISO audit requirements.

Meeting cum Product Presentation with Nueva Ecija II Electric Cooperative Inc – Area 1

On 23rd October 2024, Ecoglo met with the Engineering, HSE & Procurement Department from the Nueva Ecija II Electric Cooperative Inc – Area 1.

The purpose of the meeting was to introduce photoluminescent technology, Ecoglo’s patented High Temperature Curing manufacturing process, 30 year product warranty and to have Ecoglo products specified as a photoluminescent requirement for their Head and 10 District offices.

We also discussed and explored the possibility of working together in proposing our photoluminescent safety products, assisting and ensuring that they comply with their upcoming HSE ISO audit requirements by the end of 2024.

72nd PSME NATCON 2024

Ecoglo exhibited at the 72nd PSME NATCON 2024, which was held at SMX MOA from October 17-19, 2024.

We demonstrated how our photoluminescent signs, evacuation plans and egress path marking solutions can improve safety, increase egress speed and save lives in an emergency. Ecoglo products can also increase step edge contrast for people with impaired sight and at the same time add anti-slip properties.

On 2nd October 2024, Ecoglo met with the Engineering Services Department from the Infrastructure and Planning Division of Clark Development Corporation.

The purpose of the meeting was to introduce photoluminescent technology, Ecoglo’s patented High Temperature Curing manufacturing process, 30 year product warranty and to have Ecoglo products specified as a photoluminescent requirement for all of CDC’s high impact projects.

We also discussed and explored the possibility of working together with the winning contractor for their corporation office building and hospital project, which will be implemented by the 1st Quarter of 2025 and completed by 2026.

On 26th September 2024, Ecoglo met with Dr. Merle Sacdalan – Faustino Hospital Director and her Safety & Engineering Department of Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital.

On 17th September 2024, Ecoglo met with the Admin, Procurement, Safety & Engineering Department of No Bia Inc (Max Restaurant Group).

The purpose of the meeting was to introduce photoluminescent technology, Ecoglo’s patented High Temperature Curing manufacturing process, 30 year product warranty and to have Ecoglo products specified as a photoluminescent requirement for their Food Manufacturing & Distribution Center, assisting with their emphasis on safety for their staff’s welfare.

On 11th September 2024, Ecoglo met with the Architecture and Engineering Department and their contractors involved in Package 1, 2 3 of The Bataan Technology Park and the Philippines Marine Corp HeadQuarters.

On 10th September 2024, Ecoglo met with Manuel Gurrea Varona and their safety team.

The purpose of the meeting was to introduce photoluminescent technology, Ecoglo’s patented High Temperature Curing manufacturing process and 30 year product warranty and discuss how we can specify Ecoglo products as a photoluminescent requirement for all of their facilities, assisting in improving safety, increasing egress speed and saving lives in their facilities while staying compliant to both international and BFP 2019 Revised IRR RA 9514 standards.

2nd PIFPO NATCON 2024

Ecoglo exhibited our photoluminescent product range at the 2nd PIFPO NATCON 2024, which was held at the Development Academy of the Philippines Conference Center Tagaytay Cavite from Sept 5-7, 2024.

Mr. Trevor Dimond, Chairman of The Photoluminescent Lighting Council was also invited as a Technical Speaker to present on Using International Photoluminescent Standards to Support the Fire Code of the Philippines.

Ecoglo Desired Participation In BDCA’s High Impact Projects

On 22nd August, Ecoglo met with Engr. Charles Emil Almazan and his team from the Engineering & Social Services department of BCDA, and presented Ecoglo’s latest range of photoluminescent technology and products.

The purpose of the meeting was to introduce photoluminescent technology and have it specified as a requirement for their Military Installation, Clark Freeport & Special Economic Zone, Clark Civil Aviation Complex, New Clark City, Bataan Technology Park, Poro Point Freeport Zone & John Hay Special Economic Zone Projects, developing a full spectrum of solutions that meet international standards, for any of their aforementioned high-impact projects.

On 21st August 2024, Ecoglo met with Ken Peralta, Vice President Investment Promotions and Marketing Department and his General Services team. The purpose of the meeting was to introduce photoluminescent technology, Ecoglo’s patented High Temperature Curing manufacturing process, and 30 year product warranty and to have Ecoglo products specified as a photoluminescent requirement for all of BCDA high impact projects.

BCDA offered and discussed how Ecoglo can enter into a partnership collaboration with them regarding photoluminescent products.

Ecoglo also discussed collaborating with The Photoluminescent Lighting Council (Australia) and BCDA on conducting photoluminescent training seminars for their business units and locators at their various developments.

The purpose of the meeting was to introduce photoluminescent technology and have it specified as a requirement for their existing office buildings and upcoming mine project in Zamboanga, making photoluminescent products a requirement assisting in improving safety, increasing egress speed and saving lives in their facilities while staying compliant to both international and BFP 2019 Revised IRR RA 9514 standards.

On 5th July 2024, Ecoglo met with the Technical Committee from The Department of Public Works and Highways, Bureau of Research and Standards and presented Ecoglo’s latest range of photoluminescent technology and products not limited to the following – Hybrid LED Exit, Passive Exit / Safety Signs, Egress Path Marking Solutions and Emergency Evacuation Plans.

The purpose of the meeting is to introduce photoluminescent technology and have it incorporated as a necessity in the DPWH Blue Book, making photoluminescent products a requirement for all their projects, assisting in improving safety, increasing egress speed and saving lives in their facilities while staying compliant to both international and BFP 2019 Revised IRR RA 9514 standards.

DOTr – PRI: Railway Solutions Seminar

On 3rd July 2024, Ecoglo Philippines was invited by Department of Transportation’s (DOTr) Philippine Railways Institute (PRI) to participate in their Railway Solutions Seminar, which was attended by 40 personnel from the Office of the Undersecretary for Railways—Central and Railway Operators, and the Project Management Office (PMO), such as: 1. Philippine National Railways; 2. Light Rail Manila Corporation; 3. Light Rail Transit Authority; 4. Metro Rail Transit Line 3; 5. Metro Rail Transit Line 7 Project; 6. North-South Commuter Railway Project; 7. Metro Manila Subway Project; 8. Light Rail Transit Line 1 Cavite Extension Project.

This event will provide a full overview of the most recent technology and approaches in railway construction, operation, and maintenance, as well as safety solutions.

ESP Contract Signing

On 17th May, 2024, Ecoglo signed and executed the ESP (Ecoglo Solution Provider) agreement with Engr. Eric Pablo G. Zuñiga and Loreto G. Catalan from GREEN LECZ CORPORATION. They will be representing Ecoglo in the Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao region.

On 9th May 2024, Mr. Trevor Dimond, Chairman of The Photoluminescent Lighting Council was invited by The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority Fire Department and Ecoglo Philippines to be the facilitator and trainer for this seminar focusing on the use of international standards relating to photoluminescent products and how they can support the Fire Code of the Philippines RA9514 RIRR-2019.

This FREE seminar was held at the SBGP Function Hall, Subic Bay Gateway Park Phase I and it was attended by 100 locators and staff from The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority.

On 30th April 2024, Ecoglo met with Atty. Meeting with the Procurement and Bids Committee of Hilmarc’s Construction Corporation

On 2nd February 2024, Ecoglo met with personnel from the Procurement & Bids Committee of Hilmarc’s Construction Corporation to present Ecoglo’s latest range of photoluminescent exit signs, egress path marking solutions and evacuation plans for the Malolos Clark Railway and the North-South Commuter Railway Extension CP-N05 projects, demonstrating how Ecoglo products can mitigate and improve safety for the stations and buildings in these new railway systems complying to both international and BFP requirements based on the 2019 Revised IRR RA 9514.

Meeting with the Engineering & Fire Life Safety Office of Diamond Hotel

On 17th January 2024, Ecoglo met with personnel from the Engineering, Fire Life Safety, Maintenance, Facilities and Procurement Office of Diamond Hotel to present Ecoglo’s latest range of photoluminescent exit signs, egress path marking solutions & evacuation plans and demonstrated how these products can mitigate and improve safety for their hotel yet still comply with the BFP 2019 Revised IRR RA 9514.

Meeting with the Provincial Government of Bataan

On 3rd January 2024, Ecoglo met with the Engineering Officer from the Provincial Government of Bataan to present Ecoglo’s latest range of photoluminescent exit signs, egress path marking solutions, evacuation plans, disaster preparedness and custom made products and discussed how these products can mitigate and improve safety in their buildings while complying to BFP 2019 Revised IRR RA 9514 requirements.

We also discussed the importance and need for product specification, ensuring all future photoluminescent bidding complies to the High Temperature Curing manufacturing process.

Meeting with the Local Government Unit of Antipolo City Hall

On 18th December 2023, Ecoglo met with personnel from the Procurement, Engineering, General Services & Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office of the Antipolo City Hall to present Ecoglo’s latest range of photoluminescent exit signs, egress path marking solutions, evacuation plans, disaster preparedness and house numbering products and demonstrate how these products can mitigate and improve safety in their buildings yet still comply with BFP 2019 Revised IRR RA 9514.

BFP Region 3 Technological Seminar on Fire Protection Systems

On 26th October 2023, Keith Phillips of Ecoglo was invited by Engr. Ariel Tan Miranda – Chief, Fire Safety and Enforcement Division National Headquarters, to be a resource speaker at their Technological Seminar on Passive Fire Protection and Fire Detection Alarm System to talk about Photoluminescent Signs and Emergency Visibility Systems – “Use of International Standards in Conjunction with the Fire Code of the Philippines.”

The event was held at DHVTSU Auditorium, Don Honorio Ventura State University Main Campus, Bacolor Pampanga and was attended by 200 fire enforcement personnel from the BFP Region 3 offices.

Technological Seminar on Fire Protection Systems

On 29th September 2023, Keith Phillips of Ecoglo was invited by FSUPT Gerard A Valenzuela, Chief, Fire Safety and Enforcement Division National Capital Region, to be a resource facilitator and speaker at the Technological Seminar on Fire Protection Systems. Keith addressed the audience on the topic of Photoluminescent Signs and Emergency Visibility Systems with particular attention given to the Use of International Standards in Conjunction with the Fire Code of the Philippines.

The event was held at Linsangan Hall, Bureau of Fire Protection – National Headquarters Agham Roam, Brgy. Bagong Pag-asa, Diliman, Quezon City and it was attended by 150 personnel from the BFP National HQ and NCR office.

Ecoglo recently provided its products and services for free at the San Carlos Heights Barangay Hall. It is hoped the hall will act as a showcase to other barangay / municipal halls and local government units that may be considering utilising Ecoglo products.

Meeting with the Aerodrome Development & Management Design Department of the Civil Aviation Authority Of The Philippines

On 26th May 2023, Ecoglo met with the Aerodrome Development & Management Design Department of the Civil Aviation Authority Of The Philippines (CAAP) to present Ecoglo’s latest range of UL 924 exit signs, UL 1994 egress path marking solutions, and to discuss international standards SA TS 5367 and NCC Specification E25 in relation to compliance with RA 9514, The Fire Code of the Philippines, Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations, Revised 2019.
CAAP will be specifying our egress path marking solutions (exit staircase), exit, fire protection and emergency evacuation signs for all their airports. We also discussed the cost effectiveness of our Ecoglo Hybrid PL Exit Signs.

Meeting cum Product Presentation with DELL Technologies | Jones Lang Lasalle

On 23 May 2023 Ecoglo met with the Facilities Site Lead from DELL Technologies | Jones Lang Lasalle and demonstrated how Ecoglo UL 1994 egress path marking solutions can be used to facilitate persons to evacuate a building in the event of a fire or other emergency. Jones Lang Lasalle is in the process of proposing our egress solutions for all of their customers’ emergency exit staircases. We also discussed international standards SA TS 5367 and NCC Specification E25 in relation to compliance with RA 9514, The Fire Code of the Philippines, Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations, Revised 2019.
Ecoglo fire protection signs were also on display. These include evacuation maps and signs to identify the location of fire-fighting equipment and fire alarms.

We also showcased Ecoglo’s latest range of UL 924 and UL 1994 products, and discussed international standards SA TS 5367 and NCC Specification E25 in relation to compliance with RA 9514, The Fire Code of the Philippines, Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations, Revised 2019.

Meeting at Taytay Fire Station

On 11th May 2023, Ecoglo met with INSP Gary Raymond Cantillon, Municipal Fire Marshal and his team from the Taytay Fire Station, and demonstrated how Ecoglo exit signs and evacuation maps can be used to facilitate persons to evacuate a building in the event of a fire or other emergency. Ecoglo fire protection and disaster preparedness signs were also on display. Among these were signs to identify the location of fire-fighting equipment and fire alarms as well as signs including evacuation area and tsunami, landslide and flood warning signs.

On 4th May 2023, Ecoglo met with Mr. Aero King Francisco VP & COO (Certified Fire Protection Specialist) of Bauerov System Industries Incorporated and his team to discuss and evaluate their interest in representing Ecoglo as an ESP (Ecoglo Solution Partner) within Central Luzon.

On 4th May 2023, Ecoglo met with the Port Planning & Design Department of Philippine Ports Authority to present Ecoglo’s latest range of UL 924 and UL 1994 products, and to discuss international standards SA TS 5367 and NCC Specification E25 in relation to compliance with RA 9514, The Fire Code of the Philippines, Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations, Revised 2019.

We also discussed the cost effectiveness of Ecoglo Hybrid PL Exit Signs and the possibility of incorporating Ecoglo Disaster Preparedness Signs in future projects.

Meeting Cum Product Demonstration at the Bureau of Fire Protection

On 2 May 2023 Ecoglo met with the Bureau of Fire Protection and demonstrated how Ecoglo exit signs and escape route products can be used to facilitate persons to evacuate a building in the event of a fire or other emergency. Ecoglo fire protection signs were also on display. These include evacuation maps and signs to identify the location of fire-fighting equipment and fire alarms.

1st PSME Solid North Luzon Cluster Conference

Ecoglo participated in the 1st PSME Solid North Luzon Cluster Conference (1st PSNLCC) held at Amici Resort Hotel, Brgy 41, Balacad Laoag City on 25 February 2023.
The event was organised by The Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers North Luzon Cluster (PSME NLC).
